Wistariahurst Museum is excited to announce the upcoming exhibit Metamorphosis, opening January 6th, 2026. This exhibit features artists who have attended one or more of the artist sessions held at Wistariahurst Museum.

The Living Room is the third annual exhibition produced by The Art Band, featuring multi-media works by Amelia Moore, hani rosenbaum thompson, Maddie McDougall, Marciela Garcia, Mary Noyes Craig, Ryan Murray, and Sharona Color.

In a moment when joy feels radical and connection feels urgent, Living Room offers a warm, tactile alternative to the sterile “white cube” of the art world. This exhibition by The Art Band is a space to gather, sit, laugh, and talk — with each other and with the artists themselves. It’s intergenerational, informal, and full of play: a collage of colorful, messy, textured work that invites interaction, familiarity, and conversation.

Learn about Lora Barrett's artistic practice and her current exhibit at Wistariahurst Museum during this free artist talk!
