Doodle-A-Thon Closing Event
Our closing event at Eastworks will have 30ft of doodle space, DIY mosaic tiles, a workshop with Allie the Brave, and discounted registration for upcoming programs. Free and open to all, so bring the whole fam to help us support and celebrate youth artists in need, and make a donation today!

Take in a luscious western mass spring by building new painting skills over four weeks! Each session we will use water-soluble oil paints to focus on a different painting technique, helping you build confidence to take your painting practice outdoors.
Say Something! Volume One: An Evening of Varied Monologues
Whether it be a monologue or scene from a work that they really want to perform, a story they want to tell, a piece from something they’ve written they’d like to showcase, or something new entirely they want to create to share, we’re excited to provide performers the space to say something - and for you to hear it!

Full House Fridays is a special opportunity for K-2nd students to get a taste of afterschool time at RCA, and for 3rd-5th grade students to soak up extra studio time. A perfect option for families with siblings in different age groups.
Drop-In Public Studio
The time is yours! Each Drop-In Saturday includes a featured activity, but you are always welcome to just hang out in community, use any of RCA’s supplies, and create independently!

Are you called to all things magical? Would you feel most at home in a Hobbit house? Do you wish you could ride a dragon or befriend a unicorn? Fables and Fantasy is the week for you to live the mystical story of your dreams!
Youth Summer Studio: Reduce Reuse ReCRAFT!
Does your young artist like digging through the trash? Do you hear “don’t throw that away, I might use it to build something!” on recycling day? We have a new week new this summer designed for environmentally minded artists.
Youth Summer Studio: Make It Mini
If tiny things call your name, look no further! Experiment with all the techniques that make mini-making so unique, including clay, shrinky-dinks, repurposed recyclables, and much more. We say: the smaller, the better!

Doodle-A-Thon Springfield Event
The Art is for Everybody Fund helps youth from low-income homes attend programs at RCA, but we can only offer this scholarship through fundraising at our annual Doodle-a-thon! Our second event will celebrate Springfield’s youngest artists with 30ft of doodling space, snacks, music, dancing, and a doodling competition.
Family Make & Take Sundays
This one's for the tiny creators with big ideas!! Family Make & Take Sundays are a special studio play time for kiddos ages 3+ and their caregivers.

HYPHAE Launch Party at 50 Arrow Gallery
HYPHAE: Community is launching the first location of their new Turn-Key Retail Program at 50 Arrow Gallery! Located at Eastworks in Easthampton, HYPHAE at 50 Arrow will offer a curated mix of art and handmade goods from BIPOC and 2SLGBTQIA+ makers in Western Mass.
