Full Moon Circle

Join Fran Astino (she/her) as we gather to harness the powerful energy of the Full Moon, engaging in rituals, meditation, breathwork, and journaling. Full Moons are time for release, letting go of what no longer serves and embracing the fullness of one’s potential. The circle provides a safe and nurturing space for individuals to share their experiences, receive support, and amplify their intentions.

Fran will offer a sound bath and guided meditation, along with opportunities to learn more about the Full Moon and how to harness its energy!
