Creative Movement: Practical Prep for a Positive Birth
This single session, non-athletic workshop is an inclusive, embodied, and practical experiential supplement to your childbirth ed class, or an inspiring refresher class for those who've birthed before! Learn & practice proven techniques to build your confidence going into labor. We conclude with a guided visualization of a healthy birth. All are welcome! This session is enhanced by demonstrations by newly trained doulas.
