With a focus on very small (1-2 staff) to medium-sized (50 staff or fewer) organizations, Constellate supports clients with internal change management, navigating unexpected transitions, strategic planning, and implementing new initiatives. Constellate’s services are designed to support leaders at all levels who want strategic partnership and concrete tools to replace the "scramble" and reactivity of change with a clear roadmap and practices to enable long-term stability. Services include consulting projects, coaching for leaders and teams, and trainings or workshops to support transitions.
