Sebastian Merrill Yoga & Poetry
Sebastian Merrill (he/him) is an award winning poet and yoga instructor. His debut poetry collection GHOST :: SEEDS was selected by Kimiko Hahn as the winner of the 2022 X. J. Kennedy Poetry Prize from Texas Review Press. Sebastian (RYT 200) has been teaching alignment-based yoga with care and skill since 2018. Sebastian’s yoga classes are alignment focused, rooted in yoga philosophy, social justice oriented, and trauma informed. He also offers individual writing feedback and private yoga classes.
